No Call/No Show Policy
Existing Clients:
- If you miss an appointment without calling at least 12 hours in advance or fail to show up, you may be charged a No Call/No Show fee.
- You will also be required to put down a deposit for scheduling any future appointments.
New Clients:
- A deposit is required when scheduling your first appointment.
- If you fail to show up or do not call to reschedule at least 12 hours in advance, your deposit may be forfeited.
- To book another appointment, you will need to leave a new deposit.
This policy ensures fairness to all clients and allows us to manage appointments efficiently. If you have questions or need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
